Although our web shop shows products as in "In Stock" we dont always have every item made ready to go.
We quite clearly state "Made To Fit" a particiular item or state dimensions in MM and in some cases show the products on a ruler.
With this in mind and based on a recent client ordering multiple products and guessing the size rather than using a measuring device and asking to return them, we do not accept goods to be returned and do not offer any refunds for purchased items as they are considered to be "Custom Made". Unless they have been damaged in the Post and photographic proof will be required.
We go to extreme lengths to manage expectations and provide quality accurate products.
Delivery expectations: We use Royal Mail and offer 3 main options. 1st Class, 2nd Class Tracked and Signed. The third option is international tracked and signed for.
If you have filled out the order form correctly with your email you will get status updates right up till your order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers can be supplied on request.
Once dispatched allow up to 10 working days within the UK and up to 3 weeks in Europe from the dispatched email before contacting us if not recieved.
We are not in control of the postal service and are happy to pass on your tracking number for you to investigate. However with UK signed and tracked you will only get proof of postage and if Royal Mail have attempted delivery.
Royal Mail will not respond to any claim until it goes over 10 days, so please do not contact us until these 10 days have passed as we are unable to help.
If you have not recieved after the 10 days the process will start all over again. If the second delivery fails we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.
If in doubt please use the email form and we shall get back to you or via our ButtSlaps messenger but please think about the time you message us. We are able to help outside of office hours.
